Terms

The fine print, in plain words.

  • 3-month minimum on monthly services, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Design Partner is month to month from the start.
  • The first month starts with a kickoff and a content calendar for your approval.
  • Every piece includes two revision rounds. Unused pieces don’t carry over.
  • Pay 3 months upfront and save 5%, or 6 months and save 10%.
  • Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
  • Not included: filming, replying to comments, stock assets, hosting and domains.

What counts as a post, carousel or video?

A post is one image. A carousel has up to 5 slides. A short video runs up to 30 seconds, edited from your footage.

What does Design Partner cover?

Day-to-day design, one request at a time (or two): social graphics, ads, presentations, UI tweaks and website updates. Rebrands and new websites are quoted as projects.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime, or downgrade after your minimum term.

Can I pay in reais?

Yes, if you’re in Brazil. Switch the currency at the top of the page.
